RFID Access
RFID access uses radio frequency signals to verify a person's credentials and grant or deny them entrance to your property.
RFID reader system is an efficient method of managing security, reducing the need for an operated gate, ticket station, or pin pad and providing a secure environment for both tenants and employees.
Updating Data on the Control System
The management of your property will create a list of credentials that it will allow in, then transfer this information to an RFID tag, which is attached to a piece of identification such as a card, key fob, or badge. These tags are then presented to the RFID reader at each entry point.

The reader uses radiofrequency energy to activate the RFID tag's microchip, which contains unique data about a specific resident. This data is then compared to an allowlist on the access control system's database, resulting in admission being granted or denied.
Two classifications of access control RFID technology can be passive and active and differ in how their microchips communicate with the primary reader.
Passive RFID tags require a reader to provide power, while active tags have a built-in power source that allows them to transmit their data independently of a reader.
Independent of the type of tags, RFID security systems are the most beneficial technology for any company, no matter what size or industry it belongs to.
